A Red Sweet Potato


Even though it is cheap, a red sweet potato can’t be said to be “the second class” meals. There are two reasons: first, a red sweet potato used to be a rescuer to our heroes at the moment of struggles long time ago.

Secondly, these kinds of potatoes consist of tri-antioxidants; they are beta-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E. The red sweet potato, even, is well consumed to the people who suffer from Anemia. Moreover, the red sweet potato is also extremely suggested to be consumed by the people who ail diabetes.

Besides the red sweet potato can be boiled, it can be baked, processed becoming a cake, dry cookies, ice cream, soufflé, etc. The red sweet potato, even, can be supplement of steak or salad.

So, now we know it, don’t we? It seems that our traditional food has also some benefits. Nevertheless, for those who haven’t got any necessities to consume it, please don’t consume it too much, because it can be a very bad pollution when you break your flatus in a public area, Hihihi…. (^o^)
